Which affiliate networks does ChaffChing support?
CJ (Commission Junction), impact.com, Awin, and Rakuten Advertising. You connect each one with your own API credentials, and more networks are on the roadmap.
Where does my earnings data live?
On your devices and in your private iCloud database. ChaffChing has no server, so your data never passes through us. API keys are stored in the system Keychain.
Is this official accounting data?
No. ChaffChing shows estimates reported by each network's API. Networks revise, reverse, and re-state commissions, so treat the numbers as a live view, not a ledger.
Does one purchase cover Mac and iPhone?
Yes. ChaffChing Pro is a single subscription tied to your Apple ID and unlocks both apps, with everything synced through iCloud.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. You can cancel anytime in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions; refunds are handled through Apple's standard process.
