Connect AvantLink
AvantLink reads through its affiliate API with static credentials you copy from your dashboard — no OAuth. ChaffChing only reads your commission detail; your keys stay in your device Keychain.
ChaffChing asks for
- API Key (auth_key)
- Affiliate ID
- Website ID
Before you start
- You must be an approved AvantLink affiliate able to sign in to your account.
- API access is self-service once approved — you generate the key yourself.
Step 1 — Create your API key
- Sign in at arches.avantlink.com.
- Open Ad Tools → AvantLink API and choose Create to generate a 32-character key.
- Copy it into ChaffChing's API Key (auth_key) field.
Step 2 — Find your Affiliate ID & Website ID
- Affiliate ID: open the menu → Account Settings — it's shown next to your account name.
- Website ID: open Manage Websites and copy the ID for the site you want to track.
- Paste both into the matching ChaffChing fields.

Troubleshooting
"Could not authenticate"
Re-check the 32-character key for a partial copy, and confirm the Affiliate ID and Website ID belong to the same account.
Connected, but no sales
Make sure the Website ID matches the site those commissions ran through, then run Re-sync history from the ⋯ menu.
